• Managed layout, production timelines, and print-ready files for a recurring newsletter, coordinating with printers to review proofs and ensure quality and on-time delivery

• Created digital versions of the newsletter for online distribution

• Researched print vs. digital publication strategies and presented recommendations, leading to an approved transition to a web-based newsletter on WP Engine

• Designed a new visual identity and built the newsletter website, including page layouts and custom HTML/CSS

• Designed promotional and quarterly email templates to support distribution

• Developed comprehensive documentation for maintaining and updating website and email content
